Duality
Mists of confusion crowd about
Not what I seem
or desire to be
Hurt and frustration play a tune
Anger creeps
from a darkened place

awake and raw

Today the sun is shining and the world feels very alive. Made fresh wheatgrass juice for everyone for breakfast – should zing everyones system to a healthier place for the day:-) I have 5 trays of grass growing – need a bigger kitchen ! Todays photo just makes you realise how magical the suns light can be when you take time to look. This morning the sun was shining through my local beech trees and the combination of the early morning sun and the spring colour of a beech was truly magical.
